We need to know what our clients think of us, every business does. Some firms call this session Testimonials which is a Latin word literally meaning witness statements. What the word really means is ” what you think of your experience of us”.
Why do we need to hear from you?
Because we value our clients and their opinions as we are aiming to offer friendly and effective legal advice to our clients, and we need to know if we are succeeding in our aim. To plan for the future we needs to know what concerns our clients and what changes they would like to see in the service that we offer.
What do we need to know?
We need to know if we have met your requirements, or even perhaps exceeded them and if we have not. If we are not made aware of what we are doing wrong and what we can do better we cannot improve and develop our services for you.
